Syd Hoffman is an international health and wellness speaker, author, and coach.  She specializes in helping women over 40 “tweak” what they eat and how they exercise to decrease fatigue.  Her book “All-Day Energy: 100 Ways to Boost Your Energy…. Now!” is available on Amazon.

Syd began exercising after the age of 40.  Today at the youthful age of 55, she is committed to keeping her body at her optimal fitness level and nothing can get in her way! She practices what she preaches by eating six incredibly healthy meals each day, and including strength, cardio, and flexibility activities in her well-balanced weekly fitness plan.

Syd has an abundance of energy and is ready to share it! She summitted Mt. Kilimanjaro at age 50 and is off to the Swiss Alps in September. She has created two successful businesses (an elementary school and a fitness center) and is currently working on her second book, “All-Day Success.”  Her health immersions and retreats are amazing!
