Denise DeMaras is a holistic health coach, artist and author of her new book Heal from Your Heart with Breath Rhyme and Art.
Denise DeMaras is Chopra Certified in Meditation Instruction, Chapman Certified in Art for Healing Instruction, Board certified by the America Association of Drugless Practitioners and certified Holistic Health Coach by Columbia University and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Denise’s authority in self healing practices lies in her experience and is evident in her writing. As a child Denise lived with dramatic changes which provided the knowledge of the fear and pain involved in disruption and change. Her search for ways to ease these emotions and breakthrough obstacles to move forward is extensive and has been determined. She worked through relationship issues, resistances and challenges to better understand her own limits and learn the importance of boundaries. Mindful practices helped her find a way to express herself and know that everyone is unique and has an inner artist wanting to show them the in their own specific and special way – how to heal emotions. She believes that “getting through the pain is really a matter of choice it takes as long as you want it to – letting go is the key to setting your free”.
