Live, health talk for women radio and podcast streams from the host page
Lisa Grey is a 4-year breast cancer survivor. She is a doctoral candidate for her Ph.D in Health Psychology. She is the founder and nutrition chef/blogger at Pink Kitchen (www.pinkkitchen.info), as well as the author of Pink Kitchen’s healthy cookbook series. The third book in the series, Pink Kitchen SOUPS, will be released this month.
Lisa Grey knows a thing or two about nutrition. When she was diagnosed with breast cancer, Lisa used nutritious foods and herbs to help battle the disease. When Lisa’s tumor shrank just a short time later, doctors told her that ‘sometimes these things just can’t be explained.’ But Lisa knew the explanation – good nutrition! Since then, Lisa has had a passion for helping people to use healthy nutrition as an aid in healing and preventing cancer and other diseases. Out of this passion, Pink Kitchen was born. Lisa’s goal was to make healthy cooking delicious, affordable, and easy…even for those who believe they have absolutely no talent for cooking.
