The live, Internet women’s podcasts will stream from the host page
Ben and Efrat – Dr. Ben Shomer and Efrat Bustan are relationship wizards, mentors and facilitators in human sexuality, personal development and Tantra.
Ben & Efrat’s approach is different and unique. They blend ancient truths from the tantric perception with modern approaches and their extensive experience in life and a broad spectrum of methodologies to form their own unique way. They work on the basis of experience, touch, movement and awareness. This approach yields fast results and extensive empowerment.
In today’s modern society, sexuality is mostly looked at as taboo in many places. There is still a major social conflict and debate related with sexuality. It does seem to be a general phenomenon, but women actually suffer more than men in this respect.
Throughout thousands of years of human social evolution, something has happened to our sexuality. Some major parts of our sexuality were actually taken away from us and sadly enough, many of us are simply not aware of this fact.
But this has not always been that way. Throughout human history there were societies where sexuality was treated and looked at differently. These societies were pushed away, many times by brute force and their voice was not heard for years, but the bare truth remained alive.
Ben and Efrat are a couple who lead a life and are teaching Tantra and a different kind of sexuality – free, fulfilling, sacred sexuality.
