She is an expert in the relationship between mind and body health, and a writer and speaker known for her clarity, wisdom and humor.

She graduated from CMCC in 1996; holds degrees in biology and psychology from Memorial University; studied Acupuncture at Xi Yuan Hospital, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing, China; and is among 1,000 facilitators worldwide trained through the Demartini Method® Facilitator Global Group.
