Kelly is a counselor with personal experience in managing depression and anxiety, and stress surrounding these issues. Having been diagnosed with depression at the age of 22, Kelly set out to find relaxation and stress tips and tools that really work to conquer inaccurate thinking in a long term way.
As a conflict resolution expert, Kelly Karius develops her own resources in language that simplifies complicated
issues, such as stress and depression, and is always on the lookout for logical, natural and holistic solutions to the problems of everyday life. She believes that life is a process of learning, living and loving.
